Shipping & Delivery
When can I expect my order?
Most of our customers receive their packages within 6–15 business days. We take 1–3 business days to carefully hand-pack and verify your order before it ships.
How do I keep an eye on my package?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email or text. It typically takes 24–72 hours for the carrier to update tracking information.
Do you ship outside the USA?
At this time, Toxpa ships exclusively within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Payments & Billing
What ways can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, along with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
What currency will I be charged in?
All orders are processed securely in USD ($).
My payment didn’t go through—what should I do?
Please double-check that your billing address matches your card details exactly. If the issue continues, your bank may be blocking the transaction for security reasons. Contact your bank or try an alternate payment method.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your Easy Return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at support@toxpa.com with your order number. Our team will respond with return instructions and the return address.
Are there any hidden fees for returns?
No. Toxpa does not charge restocking fees. Customers are responsible only for return shipping costs if the return is due to a change of mind.
Troubleshooting Issues
My tracking says “Delivered,” but I don’t have it.
Please allow 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered slightly early. Check with neighbors or your building management first. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact the carrier and then email us so we can assist further.
I received the wrong item—what now?
We sincerely apologize. Please email support@toxpa.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will prioritize sending the correct item at no additional cost to you.
